September 15th Newsletter 2013

Dear Members:

The weather has cooled the past couple of weeks as the fall season approaches. We had a great summer here at The Hills, with another successful camp program and the addition of many new fitness programs. Thank you for your enthusiasm and support!

With kids back in school, the gym, lap lanes and clubhouses are filling up with folks who are returning to their "normal" fitness routines. Below we've highlighted a few of the recent additions to the weekday group schedule, giving you many options to pursue your fitness goals.

As the season changes, we're looking ahead to one of our most exciting and popular annual events -- The Hills' Halloween celebration. On Friday evening, October 25, I hope you'll come with your family and enjoy a delicious, catered dinner and join in our spooky activities. We'll have a Halloween carnival, prizes for the best adult and child costumes, plus music and other entertainment. Below is our special holiday menu; please call or stop by the front desk to reserve your meal. I look forward to seeing you in costume!

On another note, as reflected in my recent communications, we've received incident reports from members who have been rightly upset by unwanted and inappropriate conversation in the gym. Please consider the following reminder about good-member citizenship:

"Sexual harassment is any unwelcome statement or conduct that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment. Any comments or conduct of a sexual nature that makes a club member uncomfortable has the potential to be sexual harassment."

If you ever have any questions or comments about your experience at the club, don't hesitate to contact me.

To your health,
Ernesto Chamorro
General Manager
