Youth Training

Youth group training is for youths age 12 – 15. Give youth an edge! The Training involves strength, flexibility, endurance and overall fitness. This 10 session program will orient youth to the fitness room and the gym equipment. They will learn the proper technique’s in the weight room over a 10 session period. Each session is 1 hour long and they meet once or twice per week on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Schedule

M&W 4:00PM – 5:00PM. Other days can be set up if needed.
