Youth group training is for youths age 12 – 15. Give youth an edge! The Training involves strength, flexibility, endurance and overall fitness.
Fitness Room Orientations
FREE : The calling campaign has started to get members in for an orientation. Expect a call from The Hills, because we care. If you choose not to wait until we call you, Contact Nick Beach at [email protected], for an immediate appointment. If 12 months has passed since your last orientation you are welcome to get a free re-evaluation of your program.
Trainers on Duty!
We currently have a personal trainer on duty in The Hills fitness center to serve our members. Our training staff is 100% certified to assist you with your technique, demonstrate proper use of our equipment, and ensure your safety and enjoyment when you visit The Hills fitness center. A sign will be posted to tell you who is on duty. Staffed hours are to be determined. This is a free member service so you should not hesitate to take advantage of our training team’s expertise. The Kids' Club is our on-site child care service provided at the Hills. For a maximum of two hours, any member is permitted to employ this service and therefore enjoy a relaxing workout. We welcome children ages three months to twelve years old. Prepaid packages are available for members and may be purchased at the front desk. A prepaid card will be given to you at the time of purchase. The Kids' Club will keep track of usage and advice when renewal is needed.
