Fitness Room Orientations
Your membership includes a 30-minute complimentary Fitness Room Orientation with one of our certified personal trainers. During this appointment you will get a tour of the fitness center, learn how to work the machines, and have the opportunity to ask questions related to reaching your fitness goals. One-on-one Personal Training Services
Our certified personal trainers offer customized training sessions, motivation and support, and will keep you accountable as you move closer to the best version of yourself. Personal trainers are available by appointment only.
Semi-Private and Small Group Training
Feel free to pair up with family and/or friends for some extra accountability. We offer these sessions at a discounted rate.

Learn about Korean Martial Art of Self Defense. Learn to build confidence, integrity and ultimately creating better citizens. This class is for children age 5 – 17. Class Meets twice a week,
The Kids' Club is our on-site child care service provided at the Hills. For a maximum of two hours, any member is permitted to employ this service and therefore enjoy a relaxing workout. We welcome children ages three months to twelve years old. Prepaid packages are available for members and may be purchased at the front desk. A prepaid card will be given to you at the time of purchase. The Kids' Club will keep track of usage and advice when renewal is needed.
