I have been teaching people how to swim for three years now. I first began swimming at the age of seven in the OMPA league, on a team called the Sleepy Hollow Legends. There, I lay my foundations for swimming, fell in love with the sport, and eventually helped coach the younger kids. As I began working as a lifeguard at age 15, I found the opportunity to teach swim lessons as well, and have been doing both ever since. I am a current varsity water polo player and varsity swimmer at Bishop O’Dowd High School. I have coached countless swimmers, ranging from 2 years old to 80 years old, and ability as well. I have experience in coaching large practices, group lessons, and one-on-one lessons. I am well-versed in teaching the very basics of swimming, as well as advanced stroke technique for those with more developed swimming backgrounds.
