Peak Fit Mission Statement

Our Peak Fit program provides classes in a small group setting, which are coached by our qualified instructors. Our limited capacity classes allow more personal attention and direction from our coaches and gives members the opportunity to thrive.


Please see our online schedule. Our schedule is dependent on member demand and we require 3 participants per class. If you can’t find a time that fulfills your needs, you can request a time as long as you can gather a group of 3 along with you.

Class Description

All About Strength

This is a beginner class that combines weights, TRX and core for a total body workout. This class is perfect for members who are new to the program, or anyone who wants to review the basics.

Mixed Format

This class blends a variety of exercises that will challenge your endurance, your strengths, your power and your cardiovascular system. We use a variety of equipment including, but not limited to, kettlebells, dumbbells, battle ropes, boxes and TRX straps. We use different training methods to help you push your limits.


TRX uses your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability. Our classes allow you to work at your own pace and our coaches will challenge you as well as make the workout attainable for all participants.

Registration and fee

Participants must register online 12 hours prior to class start time. We also require a 12-hour cancellation notice from participants. Our maximum participant capacity is 6 for TRX classes and 8 for Mixed Format classes.

Drop-in fee: $20
10-class package: $180

Non-member drop-in fee: $22
Non-member guest fee per session: $3
10-class package: $210 (does not include guest fee; $30 for 10 classes)
