Programs and Specials
All Pilates work involves learning the principles of breathing, core muscle recruitment, and spinal stabilization. There are over 1500 different Pilates exercises that can be performed on various apparatus (equipment) and on mat. Equipment based Pilates offers a unique combination of core work and upper and lower body conditioning, resulting in strong and proportioned muscles.
