The Pilates training is fun, relaxing, effective, and often very addictive. To be able to train more often and on your own, we offer independent workout during supervised hours. Students with a minimum of 20 reformer classes, or 10 private sessions can be eligible to participate in independent workout for a nominal cost.
We recommend that students meet with their instructor prior to their first Independent and develop a tailored program to use for best results.
